6.1.2. Registration
To access the Financial Education Service, Users must:

(iii) Complete the registration process, providing the necessary data as requested by Viacurrent.
6.1.3. Using the Service

Launching the Application
Entering their personal security PIN to access the mobile Application's functionality
Exploring and engaging with a wide range of financial educational resources and materials available under the “Learn” section of the Application.
6.1.4. Cost of the Service
This service is offered at no cost to both Users and Employers.
6.2. Earned Wage Access Service
6.2.1. Purpose
The Earned Wage Access Service is thoughtfully designed to offer users a high degree of flexibility in compensation. This empowers Users to conveniently access a predetermined portion of their Net Salary that corresponds to their already completed and earned shifts, well before their standard payday. Users can request this early withdrawal through the Application.
Users can only request amounts up to a certain limit, as defined in Section 6.2.4.. It is important to note that the amounts withdrawn (Withdrawn Balance) will be deducted from the User’s Net Salary at the end of the month and transferred by the Employer to Viacurrent.
In case the User’s Withdrawn Balance does not accrue to Viacurrent for any reason from the Employer, Viacurrent has the right to implement the procedures described in clause 6.2.6.
6.2.2. Registration
To utilise the Earned Wage Access Service, the User must:
(i) Download the Viacurrent Application on their mobile device;
(ii) Accept these Terms and Conditions (T&C); and
(iii) Complete the registration process, providing the necessary data as requested by Viacurrent.
6.2.3. Using the Service
When the User logs into the Application and enters their personal security PIN, they will have access to their Available Balance for the current pay cycle. This salary information is sourced directly from the User's Employer(s) or through connections to their workforce management or human resources systems. It is calculated taking into account the limitations stipulated in Section 6.2.4. of the T&C.
However, it's important to recognise that Viacurrent cannot guarantee its immediate accuracy, as updates may not occur in real-time and depend on the frequency of the Employer's system updates. If you suspect any inaccuracies, we encourage you to reach out to your Employer for necessary corrections.
Users can access their Available Balance through the Application, where they can specify and confirm the withdrawal amount to initiate the transfer. We are dedicated to making reasonable efforts to address any payment delays. Note that:
If a withdrawal request is submitted from the Available Balance, we promptly initiate the payment to your Personal Bank Account.
In the event of a payment rejection by a third-party, we will cancel the payment order and update your Available Balance accordingly.
Users are responsible for promptly notifying Viacurrent or their Employer of any changes to their Personal Bank Account details. Neglecting this responsibility may lead to adverse consequences for your Viacurrent account. Please be aware that Viacurrent shall not assume responsibility for any such adverse impacts.
6.2.4. Service Limitations
Employer-Set Limitations:
Each employer may establish specific limitations, which include:
The percentage of your Net Salary that is available as Available Balance between pay dates.
The maximum number of withdrawals permitted between pay dates.
These limitations are determined by your Employer and are communicated to Viacurrent. To ascertain the precise limitations set by your Employer, please contact them directly.
Viacurrent's Global Limits:
Additionally, Viacurrent maintains its own global limits on Earned Wage Access.
The following limits are set by Viacurrent:
Users can access up to 50% of their Net Salary between paydays.
The total Available Balance is subject to a maximum cumulative limit of 1000 EUR.
In cases where Viacurrent's limits are more stringent than those established by individual Employers, Viacurrent's limits will take precedence.
6.2.5. Cost of the Service
By accepting these T&C, the User hereby agrees to the following terms regarding the cost of the Earned Wage Access Service:
(i) The User acknowledges and consents to a flat fee for each withdrawal from their Net Salary. Viacurrent’s withdrawal fees may change over time, but they will consistently be shown when you initiate your withdrawal request.
(ii) The User understands that withdrawal fees will be deducted by the Employer at the conclusion of the pay cycle, alongside the Withdrawn Balance by the User from the User’s Net Salary, and subsequently remitted by the Employer to Viacurrent.
(iii) Depending on the terms negotiated with the Employer, the fee may be waived, and any applicable fees will be covered directly by the Employer, pursuant to their contractual arrangement with Viacurrent.
6.2.6. User’s Payment Obligation
If the User uses the Earned Wage Access Service and the Employer, for any reason, does not reimburse Viacurrent for the Withdrawn Balance in its entirety, the User, being the Employer’s co-guarantor, is obliged to pay Viacurrent the Withdrawn Balance to the extent that the Employer has not reimbursed. This condition also applies if the User’s employment relationship with the Employer has ended.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Users accept and acknowledge their role as the Employer’s co-guarantors, in case the Employer does not transfer the User’s Withdrawn Balance to Viacurrent in its entirety.
Provided that the Withdrawn Balance has not been returned to Viacurrent within fourteen (14) calendar days after notifying the User to return the issued amount, a penalty of fifty euros (€50) will be added to the Withdrawn Balance.
Provided that the debt has not been disputed, it exceeds thirty euros (€30), and thirty (30) calendar days have passed since the User was notified by Viacurrent, Viacurrent has the right to register and/or claim the debt by applying appropriate legal measures if an agreement is not reached.
If the User’s employment continues, the overpaid Withdrawn Balance will be deducted from the User’s next salary. If settling is not possible on the next payday either, the User will be subjected to the previously outlined requirements that typically apply when the employment relationship with the Employer ends.
